What enquiry forms collect
Your name, email address, selected topic, organisation where supplied, and message are saved so authorised staff can review and respond. Each enquiry has a reference, a follow-up status, and internal staff notes.
What learner registration collects
GMEF asks for a guardian or authorised representative’s name and telephone number, optional email, the learner’s name, grade, and optional school, locality, and message. We do not ask for identity documents, medical details, home addresses, or photographs through this form.
Who can access it
Enquiries and learner registrations are available to the foundation owner and authorised reviewers. They are not shown on the public website.
Questions about your information
Contact the foundation to ask about an enquiry or registration, or to request its removal. The organisation’s full privacy notice and retention arrangements will be confirmed before public launch.
